of eunuchs and my humps

yup, went back to malacca on thursday ... no la not hometown, dad wanted to visit his old friend and i wanted to eat chicken rice balls (yeah chicken rice balls so nice!). daddy's old friend brought us to eat!

was feeling very happy and full after chicken rice balls lunch (yeah, i also like the word 'balls' btw) and walking around jonker street area when dad and his friend decided to visit the laksamana cheng ho exhibition thingy. very spur-of-the-moment la, tak bawa camera also. i didnt realise it was the exhibition thing (nvr read newspaper, heh) and thought it was some shop or other until i heard dad getting tix from woman behind counter.

dad: 3 adults and one child.
woman: (looks at me) wah! child ah?!
dad: (laughs) can la! she's tall for her age!
woman: aiya can la can la!

gee, daddy said i'm tall. and i realise maybe i'll have to stop buying child tix. looking more like a lovely mature young woman now, WAHAHAHA.

exhibition place was pretty big. they merged a few of those old houses together jadi exhibition site. dahsyat la, like attending major history lesson. well, history lesson on a dead bloke without his kuku-bird.

but i suppose the fella's not too bad, since he sailed here and sailed there. if you're REALLY into him there's an overload of info of him at the exhibition. but mostly in chinese though. there are a lot of artefacts and whatnots la. original stuff are mostly kelefeh things like water jugs and china plates. others like cheng ho's sword are just replicas but you can pretend it's the real thing anyway.

actually, i wasnt that into the exhibition la. i only found it mildly interesting. i like history ok, but depends on the event and the historical figure. personally, i prefer the torture exhibition thingy they had few years back. or maybe i just like imagining people of bygone eras being tortured by those delightful tools. :D

oh, and went to watch harry potter on fri... erm... the movie's ok la, cos i didnt compare it to book. if not i'll be complaining non-stop la. and fine, i admit katie leung's pretty in the movie. drat. i jealous la! cannot ah? i dont think daniel radcliffe is cute (no no no!) but he's definitely not scrawny. got potential, u know. ;)

anyway movie was quite funny. heck, i even laughed at the very beginning of movie when i saw "harry potter dan gelas berapi". AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

then later that night went clubbing to celebrate xue's birthday! happy birthday again, u gorgeous thing! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. i like dancing! :D 'my humps' is the best (as in the song, not my humps)! but whether or not i can dance is a different story altogether la. *cough*

well! entry's getting long and finish downloading comic so i'm off to read read read and read some more!
